By continuing to use this website, thehotwaterbottlecompany.com (the Website), or placing an order for goods through the Website or directly with AM Brands International Limited t/a The Hot Water Bottle Company (the Company) via email email@example.com and/or telephone or other method, you (the Customer or you) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (as updated by us from time to time) set out below. All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling.Where VAT is applicable then it will be included in the price you see.
4. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
We endeavour to supply products as seen on the website, however, images of the products are for illustrative purposes only, as a result the product supplied may vary slightly from those images.
Please be aware that whilst we have made every effort to accurately display product colours on the website, the colours you see will depend on your monitor and colour settings. We cannot therefore guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor colour will match the colour of the product on delivery.
5. DESPATCH TIMES
We aim to despatch all orders from our distribution centre within 1-2 working days however this may increase during busier periods. Please see the delivery page for current despatch times.

5b. CHRISTMAS 203 LAST POSTING DATES
Please read our CHRISTMAS 2023 LAST POSTING DATES page for information on last posting dates for delivery before Christmas.
Please note that whilst the dates shown on the Christmas 2023 Last Posting Dates page is the last recommended posting date to receive your parcels before Christmas by our service providers Royal Mail / DPD, we cannot guarantee the Christmas deadline as there may be delays due to the volume of parcels being sent at this time of year. The Hot Water Bottle Company does not take responsibility for such delays.
6. CUSTOMS DUTIES
When sending goods across international borders, goods maybe subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.
For customers purchasing from our website for delivery internationally please be aware that the customs charges for products bought may be levied by your local government.
You’ll be contacted by your local courier or postal service company explaining how to pay any duties and taxes for dealing with customs.
As duties and tax charges are not assessed until the shipment enters the destination country, we cannot be held responsible for these additional charges as they are directly attributable to you as the importer of the goods.
6a. PARCELS HELD IN CUSTOMS IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY
Where goods are held in customs in the destination country this may delay the expected delivery of an order. The Hot Water Bottle Company cannot take responsibility for delays due to parcels being held in customs in the destination country as this outside of our control.
7. RETURNS POLICY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We hope you will enjoy our products but if you are not entirely satisfied or in the unlikely event that the product is damaged/faulty please contact us in the first instance at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 30 days to return products or notify us of any faults. We will do our best to resolve any situation by either replacing the product or refunding the cost of the product.
7a. CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have up to 14 days from receipt of your goods to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us by emailing us at email@example.com. Where you have received the goods you have up to 14 days from notice of cancellation to return goods to us in a saleable condition.
7b. REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds for returned or cancelled orders can take up to 14 working days from receipt of the item. We will notify you once a refund has been made.
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. In all other circumstances postage is a customer cost and it is recommended a proof of postage certificate is obtained. No refunds will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
7c. FAULTY PRODUCTS
All our products supplied are individually quality tested and checked to ensure they meet both voluntary and legal global standards they are tested to. In the event that there is an issue with your product which you want to contact us about, please do not throw the item away. In the first instance please email pictures of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org in order that we can review the issue. Where we require the product to be returned we will cover the return postage costs.
Where an issue is reported and cannot be verified, we reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund of the product.
From time to time we may run offers on the website. These terms and conditions apply in addition to any specific terms that maybe stated in our advertisement of the offer. We reserve the right to end any offer early, or change the terms and conditions of that offer. It is the Customers' responsibility to take advantage of the offer at the time of placing the order as offers will not be honoured retrospectively.
9. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If you have cause for complaint which cannot be resolved by a replacement or a refund please email email@example.com in the first instance. We will endeavour resolve the matter as soon as possible, in the most appropriate way. At all stages we will keep you informed of our progress.

All content of the Website including pictures, written data, design and graphics must not be stored or reproduced in any form whatsoever either for commercial or private use without the prior written permission of The Hot Water Bottle Company. The Hot Water Bottle Company brand and it Heaties brand and their trademarks, assets and copyright are the property of AM Brands International Ltd.
