Last posting dates for delivery before Christmas:

UK Delivery

Wednesday 18th December: Royal Mail Tracked 48

Friday 20th December: Royal Mail Tracked 24

NEXT DAY: Unfortunately due the volume of parcels at this time of year our next day courier cannot guarantee its service. To avoid dissapointment we have made the difficult decision to remove our next day service at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

All orders received by 12pm on Monday December 23rd will be despatched from our distribution centre however we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in time for Christmas where orders are placed after Royal Mail's last posting date for Tracked 24 which is Friday 20th December.

International Delivery*

Monday 2nd December: ALL overseas orders. 

*Please note that whilst this is the last recommended posting date for Christmas, for international orders by our service provider Royal Mail, when parcels are handed to postal services in destination countries we cannot guarantee the Christmas deadline as the local postal services may be experiencing delays due to the volume of parcels being sent at this time of year. The Hot Water Bottle Company does not take responsibility for such delays.
